テストエンジニアは、日本の系統連系保護およびその他の国の系統連系保護試験要求事項に準拠するために必要なすべてのテストを担当していただきます。また、試験はソーラーエッジジャパンの収益と市場シェアの拡大に貢献します。

What will you be doing?

• Grid Protection test in laboratory (single phase and three phase equipment)
• Failure analysis test in laboratory
• Document preparation related to the test procedure manual and examination.

責務:

• 試験室での故障解析
• 試験手順書および試験に関する報告書等の書類の作成

• BA/BS degree. BS in a related technical disciplines such as Electrical Engineering.
• Basic electrical knowledge is necessary
• Minimum 5+ years’ experience in electrical engineering.
• Previous experience in the PV inverter or battery system company - must
• Experience in the inverter JET grid connection certification - a significant advantage
• Experience in the inverter testing at R&D. - a significant advantage
• Experience to manage ISO9001 and its audits at manufacturing industry
• Second class electric work specialist license - an advantage
• Solid and verifiable track record of overachievement
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand the technical workings of the SolarEdge product line.
• Demonstrated success in operating effectively in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, complex, rapid growth environment
• Excellent interpersonal verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience working for an international organization is preferred
• Native Japanese, basic communication skill in English
• Basic knowledge of Word, Excel, and Power point
• Ability to multi-task in a very fast-paced environment
• Experience working for an international organization is preferred. Education or work period in US or Europe an advantage.
• A hungry go-getter with a strong can-do and hands-on attitude.
• Technical savvy
• An energetic, highly motivated and driven person who is willing to roll up his/her sleeves and do whatever is necessary to guarantee the success of the company

• R&D での太陽光パワーコンディショナまたは蓄電池システム等の試験経験- 優遇
• 製造業におけるISO9001およびその監査対応経験- 優遇
• 第二種電気工事士免許 - 優遇
• 過大な成果を収めた確固たる検証可能な実績
• ソーラーエッジ製品ラインの技術的な仕組みを理解する能力を備えた、優れた技術的適性。
• 起業家精神にあふれ、ペースが速く、複雑で急速な成長を遂げる環境で、効果的に運営された実績
• 対人関係における口頭および書面による優れたコミュニケーション スキル。
• 国際機関での勤務経験があることが望ましい
• 日本語ネイティブ、英語での基本的なコミュニケーションスキル
• ワード、エクセル、パワーポイントの基礎知識
• 非常にペースの速い環境でマルチタスクを実行する能力
• 国際機関での勤務経験があることが望ましい。米国またはヨーロッパでの教育または勤務期間が有利です。
