- Lead the Data Protection Use Case for VAST Data across the Region, focusing on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional value to customers and partners.

- Carry a sales quota and be accountable for the sales performance in the region, ensuring both short-term success and long-term partnerships.

- Collaborate closely with a dedicated Data Protection (DP) Pre-Sales Engineer to provide comprehensive support to approximately 15 Sales teams across multiple Geo's

- Undertake significant travel (50% of the time) to engage with clients, partners, and teams, requiring flexibility and a commitment to being on the move.

- Reside within close proximity to a major airport and be based in one of the Regional IT hubs to facilitate easy travel and accessibility.


- Demonstrable expertise in Data Protection, with a deep understanding of the current landscape, cyber resilience needs, and technological advancements.

- A minimum of ten years of field sales experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and delivering outstanding results.

- Proficient knowledge of Source Data Movers (e.g., Veritas, Veeam, Commvault, Spectrum Protect, Rubrik, Cohesity) and Data Protection Targets (e.g., PBBAs, Flash Systems, Cloud, Object storage).

- Excellent ability to work collaboratively within a larger team and lead through influence, driving initiatives and engaging stakeholders effectively.

- Exceptional skills in creating written proposals, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) analyses, and business cases, demonstrating an acute business acumen and competitive selling strategy.

- Outstanding presentation skills, with the ability to engage and persuade in person, showcasing our solutions and their value proposition.

- This position is more than a typical sales role; it requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) capable of driving revenue growth through deep expertise and strategic selling.
