What you'll do:

Create and execute a hands-on strategy to grow our European business
Own European marketing end-to-end, from brand and content to performance and analytics
Figure out what needs to be localized for Europe to deliver great customer experiences
Build a strong local team and hire excellent people as needed
Work closely with global teams, learn from HQ, and adapt playbooks to the European market
Represent us in the European startup and ecommerce scene
