Meet easyplant

At easyplant, we believe that everyone deserves to have beautiful plants at home. We created a unique self-watering solution, allowing anyone to become a plant owner, even if they are not experienced in caring for plants. Rooted in scientific research, easyplant’s innovative plants require minimal maintenance (watering once a month), resulting in an average lifespan 6x longer than the typical houseplant. By redefining how plants are cared for, we are disrupting the common perception of who can be a ‘plant parent’ and making plants something we can all enjoy at home.

easyplant is a part of Mixtiles, one of the leading global B2C brands in Israel today and one of the biggest Israeli e-commerce advertisers on Meta, TikTok and Google.

What you’re applying for

As Senior Acquisition Manager, you will fully own easyplant’s biggest sales channels (Meta, Google, and TikTok) from strategy to hands-on execution.

You’ll manage meaningful five-digit daily budgets and own our biggest sales channels, which means you’ll have a direct and immediate impact on easyplant’s growth. As one of Israel’s top B2C e-commerce brands, you’ll enjoy key account support from platform teams to help with optimization, testing & troubleshooting.

In this role you'll

  • Fully own the Meta, Google & TikTok channels for easyplant (accounting together for roughly 90% of our spend)
  • Develop each channel’s strategy and identify areas of opportunity and growth
  • Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns on a daily basis
  • Analyze & troubleshoot performance where necessary
  • Work closely with our creative team to ensure our creatives are effective
  • Work closely with our product team (website) and data teams to ensure we are correctly tracking and measuring our performance and activities
  • Interact with our platform account management teams on a regular basis

We're looking for someone who

  • Likes to combine big-picture, strategic thinking with a hands-on, practical approach
  • Has strong communication skills (written and spoken) in English
  • Is super smart and loves analyzing numbers and data
  • Independent, detail-oriented, and organized, with a strong sense of ownership
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with quick turnaround times
  • A strong collaborator who enjoys working as part of a team
  • Has 3+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within a brand (not just a performance agency)
  • Proven track record of excellence & driving growth
  • Experience in B2C, and e-commerce specifically - a plus
