Position Overview:

We are seeking a sales professional! Our growing sales and business development efforts require a passionate and knowledgeable Presales Engineer to lead all technical aspects of our sales processes and work closely with our customers, partners, prospects, and management. As a trusted adviser, this individual will often be able to lead conversations with top-level network engineers and sales leaders regarding the architecture of our Hyperlocal Global Network with our partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support all sales activities from a technical perspective.
  • Present and promote our complex solutions to customers and business partners.
  • Respond to RFXs.
  • Demonstrating our Platform and API.
  • Manage all Demo SIMs for trial customers including burning and shipping of SIMs.
  • Draft HLD network infrastructure solutions for customers.
  • Work with many stakeholders such as integration teams, R&D, Product, architects, and security to ensure and support the implementation solution is deployed. Successfully.

Job Requirements:

  • 5+ years in a Presale role (or similar) working in a SaaS company.
  • Experience working with mobile operators, enterprise customers, and vendors – is mandatory.
  • Deep knowledge of cellular networks and the mobile operator ecosystem (2G-5G Core Network Architecture to the interface level) - mandatory.
  • Strong business orientation and understanding of sales cycles and processes - mandatory.
  • Ability to clearly articulate complex technical topics to a non-technical audience - mandatory.
  • Experience working with API tools such as Postman, cUR, etc., and business tools such as Excel, PPT, Visio, or Lucid Charts.
  • Familiar with IPX/GRX networks
  • Experience in IoT and connectivity technologies – highly desired.
  • Great communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills – mandatory.
  • Experience in leading teams- advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for localized engagement and testing.
