Position Overview

We are looking for people who enjoy new domains like IoT, exploring new technologies, developing new skills, using industry-leading development techniques, and building systems that matter to our customers. We need you if you like a wide variety of work, enjoy a challenge, and are passionate about high-quality software engineering.


  • Monitoring Flolive infrastructure
  • Support the Flolive core network elements-2G/3G/4G/5G
  • Solve Tier1/Tier2 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
  • Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other Flolive teams
  • Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
  • Follow agreed SLAs


  • A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, or similar
  • Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
  • The position is part of a team that works 24/7. Night shift availability is a MUST.
  • Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
  • Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
  • Bulgarian and English - a MUST

Not a must but a big plus:

  • Experience with Telecom networks – HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter;GTP; SIGTRAN- an Advantage
  • Experience with Jira- an Advantage
  • Experience with Customer support/care- an Advantage
  • Experience with monitoring systems- an Advantage
  • Experience with SQL-an Advantage
  • Experience with Dockers and Kubernetes-an Advantage
