Responsibilities
- Monitoring Flolive infrastructure
- Support the Flolive core network elements-2G/3G/4G/5G
- Solve Tier1/Tier2 connectivity problems in the telecom domain
- Participate in troubleshooting sessions with customers and other Flolive teams
- Following up on technical queries and providing prompt feedback
- Follow agreed SLAs
Requirements:
- A bachelor's degree in telecommunications, information technology, or similar
- Excellent communication skills: Capable of explaining technical issues and successes to other members of the team and the clients.
- The position is part of a team that works 24/7. Night shift availability is a MUST.
- Creating documentation: We follow a strict documentation process
- Improvement focus: Have a proven ability to learn new technologies and put them into practice.
- Bulgarian and English - a MUST
Not a must but a big plus:
- Experience with Telecom networks – HLR/HSS; GGSN/PGW; Diameter;GTP; SIGTRAN- an Advantage
- Experience with Jira- an Advantage
- Experience with Customer support/care- an Advantage
- Experience with monitoring systems- an Advantage
- Experience with SQL-an Advantage
- Experience with Dockers and Kubernetes-an Advantage
