The Helpdesk Agent at Exodigo is a dynamic role focused on providing technical support through Jira, Zendesk, and Azure. This position is crucial for managing user issues and maintaining high-quality service standards. The agent will collaborate closely with team members to ensure efficient resolution of all helpdesk activities within agreed-upon timelines.

Job description

  • Provide technical support and guidance to company employees through Jira, Zendesk, email, and phone.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and assets in Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Support equipment operations across various company locations, ensuring efficient and effective resolution of helpdesk issues (Windows, iOS, OSX, Android)
  • Manage ticket queues and ensure all issues are resolved within the stipulated Service Level Agreement (SLA) timeframes.
  • Provide hands-on support, fostering a collaborative work environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in helpdesk roles, preferably within global companies.
  • Strong hands-on administrative experience with Jira, Zendesk, Azure, and Microsoft 365.
  • Hands-On troubleshooting & investigation experience - Windows, iOS, OSX, Android.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality helpdesk support, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong relationships.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, can-do attitude, and a self-learning approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach to support; proficiency in English and Hebrew required.
  • Hands-On Administration Certificate of any of the following – Microsoft 365, Azure, Zendesk – an advantage!
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Intune Company Portal - an advantage!
