What will you be doing?

As Sales Operations Manager, you play a critical role in scaling Exodigo's growth. Here are some key roles and responsibilities of this job:

  • Sales Operations Management: Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the sales department, ensuring efficient and effective processes.
  • System Administration: Manage and optimize the use of HubSpot, Salesforce, Gong and ZoomInfo to enhance sales productivity and reporting. Manage integration to, NetSuite, CLM and additional cross functional systems.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze sales data and metrics to provide actionable insights and reports to senior management, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the sales team.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with IT, Marketing, Pre-sales, Finance, Legal, and Product teams to ensure alignment and support of sales initiatives.
  • Sales Strategy Support: Assist in the development and execution of sales strategies and initiatives to drive revenue growth.
  • Training & Support: Provide training and support to the sales team on the use of CRM and other sales tools.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Support the sales team with accurate forecasting and planning to achieve targets and objectives.

  • At least 5 years' experience with inside sales/ business team, preferably within a startup environment, with a proven track record of success.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot, Salesforce,
  • Huge advantage - experience working with Gong, NetSuite, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience integrating and implementing new software. Specifically, the migration process from HubSpot to Salesforce.
  • Fluent English – Mandatory (read/write/speak)
  • Ability to work in a team-goal-oriented environment.
  • Comfortable working with a global based team (U.S, Europe and Israel)
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent knowledge of sales development, lead generation practices, and principles
  • Experience with industries such as – government agencies, transportation, utilities, and construction – A plus
