The Channel Marketing Manager will collaborate within a cross-functional team to support the Cynet Indirect Sales Channel. This role demands excellent communication and organizational skills.

The ideal candidate should be based in the Boston area and able to work in the office three times a week.

Location: Boston, 33 Arch St, MA -3 days a week in-office

What will you do

  • As a Channel Marketing Manager, you will develop and execute field marketing strategies in close collaboration with sales and channel teams, as well as fellow marketing colleagues
  • You will be responsible for content creation and management, as well as overseeing the partner program.
  • Manage lead generation programs to meet pipeline development needs, including virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and various other marketing tactics supporting the field sales organization
  • Analyze results and identify opportunities for performance improvement
  • Coordinate field events/programs from initial planning to execution, including logistics, contract management, promotional communications, and follow-up/tracking
  • Collaborate with channel partners and service providers to organize joint marketing activities. Support channel partners as needed and be the expert across the partner activation journey.
  • Manage marketing materials and items inventory and distribution as part of the regional marketing strategy.
  • Identify industry events and presentation opportunities in the region
  • Align channel and field marketing events with core demand generation programs to ensure the generation of marketing-qualified leads through integrated, multi-touch programs


· Channel Marketing experience, preferably within the Cyber Security market, experience in channels, particularly in the MSSP area, and with experience create channel-focused content, and plan, execute, and measure programs with experience in the US market.

  • At least 4 years of senior-level experience, particularly with Partner Programs and Channels teams.

· Experience with channel account-based marketing and a strong understanding of the Channel ecosystem, specifically MSSP and VARs.

· Experience in all aspects of marketing campaign and demand generation activities, particularly with digital tactics such as e-marketing, search engine marketing, web marketing, PPC, content syndication, and webinars.

· Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective marketing campaigns.

· Experience in using marketing automation tools to measure and improve campaign effectiveness

· Experience in developing broad-based awareness and nurturing programs.

· Ability to design strategic Marketing Plans and execute goals with high-impact results

· Strong writing skills.

· Excellent interpersonal, communication, teamwork, presentation, and project management skills

· Strong budget management skills

· Self-starter with the ability to assert ideas and solicit feedback
