Description

We are in search of a seasoned and dynamic Sales Business Development Manager with a solid background in cyber sales to spearhead our accomplished SDR team. The ideal candidate will shine in coaching, inspiring, and propelling the team to surpass sales objectives while embodying our company's values and dedication to excellence.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee a team of SDRs dedicated to generating qualified leads and opportunities in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Formulate and execute strategies to boost team performance and meet sales goals.
  • Provide coaching, guidance, and training to SDRs to enhance their sales techniques, product knowledge, and grasp of the cybersecurity landscape.
  • Work closely with sales leadership to ensure alignment on objectives, strategies, and tactics.
  • Analyze sales metrics and KPIs to assess team performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Establish and refine sales processes to amplify efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to the recruitment and onboarding of new SDR team members.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a sales leadership position, preferably in cybersecurity or a related technology field.
  • Demonstrated success in managing and guiding a high-achieving sales development team.
  • Thorough understanding of sales methodologies, pipeline management, and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
